As a musician myself, I began my video producing, directing and editing journey by creating budget-friendly videos for Brooklyn bands I was familiar with. Word of mouth and some great premieres on the websites of VICE, MTV and Brooklyn Magazine led to further clients and larger budgets.

The process of creating a music video involves collaboration with the artists even before the cameras roll, and editing a music video is more than just cutting to the beat -- it also requires a pacing that ebbs and flows with the song and allowing the song to guide your editing choices.
